RETURN POLICY
The buyer may return the product within fourteen (14) days of delivery date for a refund. Shipping costs and bank fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, and the sole responsibility of the buyer. The product and all packaging must be in its original, new condition. Buyer assumes liability should packing and/or product be damaged on arrival. Insurance is advised. Product and packaging that is not in its original condition is subject to a flat 15% re-stocking fee.
No refunds are available on any custom kits, cable or cable assemblies.
Refunds or credits will be credited back to the buyer in the same manner the product was purchased. Expect to receive the refund 1-2 weeks after receipt of goods.
Prior to all returns, the buyer must have a return material authorization number (RMA) issued by Wireless Interactive. All return items are to be shipped back freight prepaid at buyer’s expense unless Wireless Interactive has approved other arrangements in writing.
Every attempt will be made to repair or replace any defective product under warranty within 1 week, but may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. All authorized returns must be returned to the address below with the provided Wireless Interactive RMA form. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days.

Please be prepared to present the following information when contact us for an RMA number:
- Name and contact information
- Shipping address
- Product number and serial number
- Detailed problem description
- Troubleshooting actions completed
- Place and date of purchase
- Invoice number (if purchased directly)
If your problem cannot be solved by Technical Support, an RMA number may be issued. Upon receipt of an RMA number, you will be instructed to ship the product to our warehouse. Please use the following address:

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
WIRELESS INTERACTIVE’S LIABILITY TO BUYER SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE RECEIVED BY WIRELESS INTERACTIVE FROM BUYER FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE SOLD TO BUYER. IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LABOR COSTS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR ANY SPECIAL INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES HOWEVER CAUSED ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN ANY ACTION FOR CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THIS PURCHSE, EVEN IF COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE AND NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY REMEDY.
